Best bet would be a “partnership” with a monied individual looking for a high risk/high return passive investment with you providing the “active” part.

If the software is not simplifying your life or making you more accurate, you shouldn't use it.Software does have extremely helpful features like online payments, marketing syndication (click a button, and your property is advertised on multiple sites), electronic document review/signing, maintenance tracking, and owner reports.

If you give them 30 days to get rid of the dogs, there will be comfort animal certificates in 2 days from an online site.

Online is a very tough way to do it.

I have integrated a couple of other platforms and had to do the exact same steps when it came to being able to receive payments online.

With the above said we have a 75 acre country subdivision coming online this spring.  100% cash.  

I bet if it were your grandmother or relative in that situation you would think differently.
