hi @Jaycee,  the top floor(the one you see on the listing 8915 E Wes Pl Tucson), is essentially a ground floor as far as entering and exiting the home as the bottom floor(finished basement etc) is underneath it built into the other side of the foothill the house is sitting on.  

Not sure where you picked that up from, but it's not correct.  

Some of those micro-markets work, and some don't.It also comes down to the strategy you use. 

Most negative comments come from competitors, those nitpicking minor issues, or people who haven’t worked with the company at all.

It wouldn't hurt to set up time to meet with agents, property managers, lenders, and others while you’re visiting your markets of interst.
