Any recommendations for free tools to do market research?

Well my opinion to that Ken, is my mantra that made me the REI Expert I am today that I recited daily when I got started in REI 2009: I REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE NEGATIVITY. 

Sorry, I guess it's a little difficult for me to describe since I'm not a financial expert familiar with the terminology.

You won't be really able to find a tutor.I consider myself a Yardi expert focused on accounting.

I've often found that just going right to the expert in the space is going to be the most direct source of info.
