each state has different rules of conduct for licensee's and non licensee's.. in the 3 states I am licensed in .. non licensed folks simply cannot talk price or numbers... they can do paper work send docusigns  set appointments etc. 

State laws generally require written authorization from an owner, when acing as a licensee, in order to advertise.

your signature on this form holds you to no legally binding agreement, all it says is that a licensee gave you a copy of the brochure. hopefully this takes a little stress of someone's shoulders who is considering buying or selling real estate in Idaho.

Licensees have a certain fiduciary responsibility to their clients, and are held to a higher standard when dealing with the public.As @Eric Thomson stated above, you do have to "hang your license" with a broker.
