I wouldn’t recommend making an investment decision based on what Suzy says over the phone, while she’s posting selfies on Instagram, nor what Airbnb says. 

There are lots of ways to build one of these platforms: youtube, instagram, tiktok, blog articles, etc.

Just yesterday, he posted an open invitation on his Instagram for anyone who was interested in visiting the Building's Dept. in Brookhaven.
