I am currently located in the Hartford county area of Connecticut.

I invest in Hartford County and don't do any out of state investing, although I work with a lot of out of state investors through my management company.

I’m still bullish on Boston in the medium to long term, as well as the single family housing market.That said, I can’t afford to invest in Boston, so would need to invest in secondary markets around Boston (Hartford, Worcester, etc.) that I expect to be either stagnant or moderately declining in the small to medium term.
