Hi BP,I have a quick question.I want to do a quit claim deed on the properties that I own to move ownership to a LLC, I formed the LLC everything is almost done, but now my attorney tells me that he couldn’t record it with the county until I get approval from the Village, which means I might need to pay stamps, do a final water reading, get a village inspection done etcI just wanted to see if you’ve done this before, is this how it normally works?

The UT just released the latest plans for the new Seaport Village in Downtown San Diego.

I work for the PO and there’s always talk about closing rural offices and consolidating them with the next town/village/city in order to save money.

@Paul SchaefleI would start by contacting the village and or Hall and see how they regulate and if they do regulate short-term rentals.

Village plumber's son poured thinset down the shower drain and the entire shower floor had to be jack hammered out.

There are several near me with neighborhood sounding names like "Zellwood Station", "Chalet North", "The Hills", "The Valley", "Overland Village" etc.

The villages are one such story, where some scenic beauty, warm weather,low cost of living and a buffer from the hurricane blasted coasts will cause lots of retired folks to choose it.
