It is 5 miles to the football stadium, and around 2 miles to Ft.

What can I say, I prefer to live in the truth and not on Fantasy Island like the rest of America.

I had a cancelation for the Clemson Spring football game weekend and one other cancellation.

(Actually my wife is the clinical psychologist)...but my guess is that they are bored and riddled with anxiety at the same time, and “making their next move” is a nice fantasy for them.

Also the Raiders stadium will be done and pro football will be here in Fall..

-This idea that tenants (both residential and commercial/office/retail) are going to "get caught up on rent later" (by spreading out the missed payments or tacking them onto the end of the lease) is complete fantasy.

I am a College Football Coach in Houston, TX and new to Wholesaling. 

To expect that, however, is pure fantasy.

I played college football & drank miller lite, spelling and grammar has never been my thing.
