Maybe someone has discovered main roadblocks, why real estate crowdfunding platforms have not developed at a European level yet?

Following the UK’s decision to leave the EU some Britons have deferred plans to move to a European Union (EU) country or purchase a second home in EU destinations including Spain and Portugal.

There's a regulating tax called Euribor which determines the interest for inter-bank loans in the European Union; and this tax has been really low for quite some time, manly because of the financial crisis of 2008. 

Does "all" this info apply for European/Belgian citizens as well? 

Time Period: Between the year 1400 - 2016 (preferably something more current).Relevance: Must be relevant to the European and/or Chinese market.Possible Topics: Real estate housing market, finance, mortgages, market crash, market growth, etc.I originally wanted to write about the European market crash or the effect China would have on the surrounding nations if its market were to collapse.

I have just recently started looking into bidding on unpurchased tax deed property in Oklahoma (here it's refered to as county commissioner held property), so I'm not sure what the deeding process looks like. 

I have a tuned lease package for individuals, but I don't know how much of it will apply in this situation.The interested business is most likely going to use the property for work visa immigrants to work in a nearby resort, probably from eastern European countries, but this is just a somewhat-wild/somewhat-educated guess based on local activity.

Admire your ambition, but can't help thinking that this is like one of those European vacations where you see 7 countries in 8 days.Can't imagine doing one of those because what are you really going to learn about a country in less than 24 hours?
