Renting residential to corporation for employee housing

I do residential properties, but I've just been contacted by a company that wants to hold the lease and utilities and use the property for employee housing.  What should I be wary of?  What are the contractual differences?  I have a tuned lease package for individuals, but I don't know how much of it will apply in this situation.

The interested business is most likely going to use the property for work visa immigrants to work in a nearby resort, probably from eastern European countries, but this is just a somewhat-wild/somewhat-educated guess based on local activity.
