Are there programs you can enroll in which pay you and allow for work-school-life balance such as on campus-jobs or local internships?

If it is not, they are automatically enrolled in a month-to-month extension at a higher rate.

One of subtle but best things I have learned while enrolled in the property owner school of hard knocks for 12 years. 

I'm currently finishing the Pre-licensing course to take the state exam to obtain my Real Estate Licenses while being enrolled in 22 credits (7 classes) and playing college soccer.

I'm brand new to wholesaling and am enrolled in RE courses but I don't have a clue how to transition from wholesaling houses to wholesaling lots, let alone, commercial lots.

I am a pro member and I have enrolled for the rookie boot camp but I am failing to navigate the platform to see the bootcamp recordings and when the next session is going to be.

Looking back on my adventure into the sign business I concluded that when i did it all again I would work in the industry for at least 2 years before venturing off on my own, this way I can get my education while making some money before risking it all and enrolling in the school of hard knocks. 

However, in investigating Alexa for hospitality I have yet to figure out how to actually get enrolled and have devices configured through it.
