Or at least that is my, admittedly jaded, opinion... 

Needless to say drywall had to be replaced and water remediation experts had to come into the property that was less than a year old at the time.Hard to say what I would do if I got another request from a bachelor/bachelorette group again today, I think that first experience has me slightly jaded LOL

Maybe I’m jaded, but I would say very little.Note that being in a primary market doesn’t mean recession proof.

The above is obviously a slightly jaded view… probably because I (literally) get 6 wholesalers a day calling asking to buy my rental properties because someone sold them a list of homes where the owner no longer lives there.

And then there are those who know the don't meet the criteria but believe telling me their sob stories will win me over (I'm so jaded this typically has exactly the opposite effect).
