Apparently this last tenant never bothered to switch service to his name since the gas company continued to supply him with free gas.I am in the Boston area in Massachusetts and NGRID disconnected service for the unit. 

Put a bucket under and disassembled the tail piece coming off the disposer.I then disconnected the other end and in between its totally jammed up by something.  

I list through postlets and if  someone responds from Zillow I contact them and there is no answer, disconnected, emails unanswered. 

They all share a similar disconnect from real fundamentals.

Maybe that's where we're having disconnect.

It is this disconnect that has me puzzled.

Maybe entitled isn't always the right word, maybe it's a disconnect with reality and incompetence to do even the most basic tasks.

You would at least have to have it disconnected while they are doing the house raising.

How is that going to ever turn around and all of a sudden become owner occ neighborhoods I think the owner occs move to new construction or better areas while they flee the old rental hoods.. but that's just my thought.If every thing being equal and you did not know any better and you thought you were not getting a good deal unless it was a 2% deal and your west coast based I can now see why there is this disconnect and also those get frustrated because they can 't get 2% and think that is what they should be doing and flood out to the mid west.

And not allowing occupancy with disconnected utilities.- In the application, offer to include WSG in rent.
