One is a Thomasville Americana series the other is a custom pine bed made in the 40's by a local craftsman.

As are the Craftsman Books.

Possibly original.The knock downs are definitely more generic than the IKEA style cabinets,  but that's preferable in my 1925 bungalow with semi-period authentic craftsman pieces and built ins.  

Colored in crimson, in coral, in seafoam, the doors accent newly renovated craftsman cottages and boxy modern homes that have replaced vacant lots.To longtime residents, the doors mean higher home prices ahead, more investors knocking, more white neighbors.

And it will happen because of a labor shortage of skilled craftsman. 

Note that a lot of homes in Seattle are really old (but really beautiful if you like craftsman style).

.* Design/style - certain neighborhoods may show preferences for specific home styles/designs, I have some markets near me where Craftsman (arts and crafts) style houses are highly desirable and command a premium, I also have seen many relatively recent new builds and rehabs which are modern style and are getting premiums based on that.

A craftsman area will use different colors than a more modern area. 

For a lesser formal format, you can search BNI books or Craftsman contract templates.

I hate to tell you but, if @Nicole Pettis hadn't mentioned that this was a craftsman style home, I wouldn't have recognized it as such.
