They first asked me to be on a committee (immediately say "yes", then figure out how to do it).

I do know from talking with many VP's at banks for commercial loans that for residential or other types there are many banks with crud on the books.With regulators breathing down their necks the last thing they want to do is take an oddball loan to the bank committee to vote on.

With the proposed lot descriptions, existing description and package, file for the change and if you're good to go, you will go to a board or committee meeting for a hearing style approval.

We have a committee with folks with years of experience from various perspectives (deal, legal, banking, etc.) that will review deals before they're presented our our portal.  

Many houses have been updated on the inside, maybe not from the outside especially since there is so many hoops to jump through often with the architectural design committee. 

LENR (Cold Fusion) is getting an official mention here, and this committee is “directing” the US Secretary of Defense to prepare a full briefing to the committee of the current status of LENR in the United States.

Get them to bring it to committee before ordering appraisal, etc.

The Economic Development Committee is good too.

This historical committee must approve the key component of the remodel.

IE when we have a new project ( like i turned in 3 new builds to day) my request is for just shy of 1 mil in vertical.well those loan request will have to go to loan committee and when your banker takes you to loan committee you cant have 4,675.00 in the bank.. thats no good.. these banks look for deposit relationships as much as lending relationships..
