For us, we chose coastal Orange County and focused on Dana Point and San Clemente when we were there.

The other is Greg Clement he is a short sale expert in the area and I think he has completed around 400 short sales in the last 5 years.

We are building a house in San Clemente, which is about a mile from the beach, close to restaurants and the new San Clemente Outlets being built.

I have emailed Greg Clements 6 times for help resolving this technical issue and he will not respond to any of my emails.

I stay away from Then Merrill and Greg Clement as they sold SIMS 2.0 several years ago and it was a terrible product and their customer service was horrible.
