HACKED AGAIN! WHAT SECURITY DO YOU HAVE ON YOUR EMAIL?

Help! My email account has been hacked.. again! It's the one I use for BP account. I am using a different one now, but I'm sure a lot of people got emails from me today. Sorry!

I had an email that was in my inbox from an engineer that does work for the City of San Clemente and was our plan checker. He's finished with his work so I knew something was off, as there's no reason for him to email us. There was a link that said Google Secure Link, but I didn't click on. But.. somehow my account was hacked.

What security do you run on your computer? How do I stop this from happening again? The account hacked was an aol account (i'm in process of changing to a different email account) The engineers email is Yahoo. I now have a Google email on my BP.

I called the engineers office and told them what happened so that they could protect their accounts, etc.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!

I can't remember the name of the tech guy, I want to make sure I don't have any more stuff going out to BP members so need to figure out what to do.
