Conversations with a person land so much better than a message thru FF.Also it is helpful to know that most Corporate Housing companies or Insurance Agencies that are trying to find housing for their customers and reach out to you, they do finds leads on FF.

@Isaac Ballew I graduated back in the stone age with a finance degree and found my way eventually in Real Estate after some corporate jobs. 

It also signals that you are a real person and not a faceless corporation with automated responses.

NOTE: One "new" negative is that all small LLC's are now subject to the Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act. 

I work also in sales and my income is not stable so even more important to have safe ratio, I have some clients with very stable corporate jobs and they are able to use even more leverage and go more for high total return.

Its like big corporations that own multiple brands they are all separate entities. so he has one tanking and has one doing well and now wants to raise capital for the one that is doing well.
