What really happened was that America has been a long-time bully (UK/Britain as well) against he world, when it comes to foreign policy and trade.In the 1970's Iran's Shah, the last king who was actually admired by the people, was too strong and wasn't putting up with pressure from USA and UK on oil prices.

@Alex TestaniGreater Hartford area investment properties tend to get 2% rule (especially in rentable areas like New Britain, Meriden, Bristol and parts of Hartford) and acquisition cost is much more liberal than Fairfield county.
