Esther Li I started with sfhs in Birmingham Atlanta and Indianapolis but realized it was not scaleable and hard to get good pricing from being remote.

Randall Prosise Iived in seattle for ten years and invested where the number made sense in Birmingham atlanta and Indianapolis.

I am considering out-of-state and have looked at numerous markets (Birmingham, Kansas City, Baltimore, etc).

Tye Foster the top remote markets that investors are going is Kansas City, Atlanta, Indy, Birmingham, Ohio, and Memphis.

If anyone has a program that will get through (with a lender that isn't afraid to appraise correctly), please let me know, as I plan on buying a lot more houses in the KC (and Birmingham, AL) areas.Thanks.

For example, in my Birmingham, AL houses, I only install electric heat because it's so much cheaper for the tenants than gas.
