Investor Buying and Selling in Birmingham

I am a full time investor that moved from Ca. to Birmingham two and a half years ago. I specialize in buying and wholesaling properties to local and out of state investors. My business model has been to work off of volume instead of trying to make it all on one house. I Have bought and sold 23 properties this year and anticipate 35 by years end with my goal for next year to double that number. The main reason I chose to move to Birmingham is the housing market here still cash flows.
