No, they are not required to disclose why a precious contract feel through.....but it make me suspicious if they refused to do so.

Hi All,I have been thinking about getting into the house flipping business, but admit I am a complete newbie and really know precious little at this time.

I am teaming up with my girlfriend, who also has a MS in building construction, to invest in properties in primarily Savannah, Atlanta, Macon and Augusta.

There were 6 condo associations that had their FHA cert. in this city of 350K (mine was not one of the precious 6).  

@Precious Thompson     As a newbie here who has never owned, bought, or sold real estate I cannot speak from experience on your end. 

I invest my self-directed IRA in 10% precious metals, 30% equities, 40% real estate and trust deeds, and 20% cash and bonds. 

I have my first baby coming in august as well!
