When I bought my first property 30 years ago (aB&B) we had friends over for dinner one night.

For a while I looked into medium size deals like 30-50 units in class B neighborhoods, but ultimately could not negotiate a deal to the point where it would have made financial sense.

A and B areas in L.A. will be very expensive to buy in.

There are a couple of lenders that'll go to 80% which would be better, but still wouldn't give you anything to work with as far as paying down property B.

So you could 1031 from A to B to C to D. 

Amazon had massive stock price drops in the beginning B, it's not currency.

They probably got the Golden Visa where you only have to spend 500k on real estate to qualify and you get citizenship in addition you only have to spend 2 weeks a year in country. 

I could have put three B class doubles in front of you with good numbers before you finished reading this... time is money!

In each instance, fault was on person B (Yourself in this scenario) and NOT on person A who the tree trunk was on there property but limbs overhanging neighbors, AS LONG AS they had readily allowed and made no conflict to person B cutting out/down whatever was projecting onto there property line.
