actually this question deals more with radiators. 2 family home with 6 room apt over 4 room apt.The 6 room apt. does not have radiators in the kitchen or dining room.

I took a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath with dining and living and turned it into a 2 Bedroom/1 bath.  

I also enjoy all that New Mexico has to offer including world class skiing, hiking, dining, and cultural activities.I'm looking forward to getting to know many of you!

We made a few changes to the layout of the kitchen & dining area, removed an old wood stove, installed new windows, all new kitchen & bathrooms, flooring, paint, fixtures, etc.

The kitchen, dining and lounge to be communal.

A fair amount of plumbingPretty much all new baths, and kitchn.Anyway every time I looked at it I added another $500-$750 to my last estimate, I'm not quite done with the living room-dining room ceiling, still have to texture and paint the walls in those rooms as well.

The market has only increased in the past year, and the house is absolutely stunning.

However, we are pondering the idea of staging the main living areas... living room, dining room & breakfast nook.
