It is a stain on our nation that in retrospect was a horrible mistake and completely unjustified. 

When I moved into an apartment with a classmate, they hadn’t used a vacuum the entire 2 years they lived there and there were stains everywhere etc.

The upstairs windows are broken out, replaced with plywood, and there are smoke stains around them.

Nothing I didn't expect or consider chargeable against the deposits.The one that had 2 little dogs (rented from previous owner) had a lot of hair everywhere, pet stains, and scratches in wood work.  

Drive through certain areas as well, looking for bars on windows (LOL), pitbull fences, oil stains on driveways or streets, too many cars on streets, general condition people keep their homes in....

My floor guy pulls up the carpet and we find pet stains in most of the rooms of the house and it has gotten into the sub floor and smells.

This is another lazy landlord installment.This time I want to talk about sprucing up a vanityof you know the vanity that shows the smallest and tiniest scratcheswell I had such a vanity and paid pretty good money for it I was disappointed that it was made from that particle board so that when the veneer scratched off it looked horrible.I decided to take a little minwax stain and rubbed the entire vanity with itthe stain was close in color to the original finishwherever there was a scratch it got dark wherever the finish was the min wax stain just rubbed offI was very surprised by how well this worked.It was so simple I felt I had to share the tipeven if it doesent come out you haven't really wasted any time

It looks like some odd green staining on the siding.

Originally we planned to stain but it would have looked bad so we painted it the same color as the cabinets.

The interior ceilings are completely ruined and heavily stained from the water damageIF we take this on, we're going to replace the framing and trusses and have an engineer put a pitch on the home to increase ARV.
