How did the Department of Real Estate (DRE) allow a person with this past criminal history to obtain a Real Estate Agent and Broker License and put her in a position to have someone’s personal and sensitive financial information?

Sure, some posts, may scare off some people but I don't think you can be that sensitive in this environment.As for most extreme opinions which I think is what you are asking.

Triplex and 4 plex have a different set of criteria and are more location sensitive.

Competition is hot especially in the 1-2 bedroom condo's and I recently purchased two higher end homes that are not as price sensitive. 

The owner I worked for wasn't internet-friendly, so I'd have them send payment with tracking, either the priority mail envelope from USPS which takes 3 days or less for around $5.00, or some overnight service, if it was time-sensitive.  

You might want to look into a restraining order (contact your attorney).The restraining order business is probably still in full swing--in some areas they hand them out like Halloween candy.Good Luck!

I'd leave that out, or change the wording to something along the lines of using surge protectors for sensitive electronic equipment.

Personally, I try to stay away from sensitive information as much as possible - including social security numbers, as it presents a liability issue.
