In 6 months they broke 3 light fixtures - I had reports their kids were spraying a garden hose from the outside of the house into the kitchen, broke a large kitchen cabinet door, broke several plastic pieces of a new higher end Fridge, fist sized hole in the wall, carpet stains and the entire house may need another repaint, damaged woodwork, scratched kitchen cabinets, stole the curtain rods, curtains my wife spent a lot of time picking out stolen, destroyed the back yard - let the weeds grow several feet tall in the flower beds etc.

As long as the lights turn on ,working windows to puff their 8$ a pack smokes out of , the fridge keeps their beer cold and there’s a place to hook up their 65” plasma tv they are content .

Wow, all appliances with dishwasher and W/D for 1500/mo, lol. i can’t even get an apartment that low, not a 1-bed in a decent neighborhood.On a rental, maybe just dishwasher, stove, and fridge.

The house has ZERO curb appeal, no landscaping, older linoleum in the baths/kitchen, the renter painted a few of the rooms but did a pretty poor job, and it has all the original fixtures & appliances, no fridge or washer/dryer.

Ok, well that is a bit of an exaggeration but honestly, my wife had once fit a small fridge, a washer and dryer in that baby all at the same time with space to boot, amazing.

This is a complete bathroom (to the studs) and kitchen (leave only the drywall) tear out and replacing the fridge and range with clean used units.
