Hello everyone my name is O'Neil and I am an entrepreneur and also new to REI.

I didn't want to invest too much in the 529 in case my kids decide to become entrepreneurs and skip college.

One of our site members, takleberry, is an entrepreneur that created a website that does property management for landlords with very few properties (less than 10).

Also, you mentioned you read the E-Myth, well Michael Gerber just came out with an incredible new book called Awakening The Entrepreneur Within.Keep educating yourself and ignore anyone who tells you otherwise, because if your bank account is not already bigger than theirs, it will be soon.

The exact date for this law to go in place is not finalized and SEC Chair Mary Jo White has delayed issuance until October 2015 which will result in not being able to invest until 2016 according to Fortune, Entrepreneur, and Crowdfundinsider.It will be hard for old properties to compete with corporate rentals when you compare taxes, insurance, utilities and condition of the properties.  

The truth is that I am pretty different and I want to keep my friends and everyone informed on who I am and what I'm doing.For those of you who don't know me, I am an entrepreneur and real estate investor.

Your job as the entrepreneur is to decide whether to listen to them or not :D 

A good entrepreneur will always see the upside to make tons of cash – gold, today for example.

I am seeing myself as a real estate entrepreneur, rather than an real estate investor (for now).
