And sometimes 2... i feel like theres a lot that are legit and then a large handful that's just complete ridiculous.Am I write that I read that you can not ask for their doctor note regarding the service animal, etc because that interferes with their privacy on their disability?

We had problems in the past with tenants disabling the baseboard heaters under the windows so they could place furniture there and then using a space heater instead.

That brings up all the issues of withholding, disability and unemployment insurance.It's hard to tell whether he is a fun guy, ready for a new adventure, or he is a nut case that you wouldn't want to be in the same town with, let alone have him sleeping in your barn.

Yes, it is a tad risky loaning your car to complete strangers, but I always do my due diligence on the renters AND the beauty of the Model 3 (or any Tesla) is that you can always track where it is and selectively disable certain features (like autopilot, driving above 70 mph, etc).
