(upwardly mobile)They are really happy with me as a landlord and their place in general.They really are cozy and appreciative of the look. a point to note my last tenant who moved in in August commented that there was another house not too far away that was now rivalling my decor. the only thing that edged my place in front was the dishwasher and the stack washer and dryer.so apparently there are others who are looking to break the cheapo landlord route.Another point to note. 

I've listed on Zillow and Cozy both of which spread the listing to their affiliated sites. 

The only difference is that with using SD IRA you are not confined to the stock market and have virtually unlimited investment choices.

We are receiving online applications, credit checks, and backgorund checks through Cozy.co , they submit the information and pay the fees and cozy sends us the reports.

The more money you have tied up in equity, the longer you will be confined to a job/location to pay the bills, that fund the investment accounts.
