But as you say its 24 /7 for these guys they live it breath it and they had great personalities little intangibles that can't be taught.. some of it of course is getting into the business in the best buying opportunities in history of the US>. so the market has pulled the.. plus strategic alliances like with someone like me that can move a few million in cash into their operations.
