I really want to find a good elevator pitch to give people about BP.

I am ready to contact these Attys but I am hoping for some guidance on my elevator pitch to them and why they should refer me properties as well. 

The elevation of their house is about 10 feet above sea level.

Hey everyone was wondering if anyone has every tried mailing hand written letters as an elevator pitch to potential private investors.

How many walk up to a stranger and start their elevator speech?  

They need to handle on their own.Having tenants try to work things out among themselves is a good first step, but sometimes more is necessary when a tenant is irresponsible.I was advised once to talk to a noisy neighbor before elevating the issue.

If you are sitting at home, without a job that can elevate your career, or family to spend more time with then it makes sense to manage your own properties.
