turn around and resale tough.But many of the folks on BP are new to this business starting their first funds etc etc and the investors are making their first investment... so its good to put a little reality in this instead of blue sky like these are some kind of blue chip investment that they just make and they are going to make 30% returns as a passive investor. 

If you can break even, or even if you have to chip in a couple bucks a month, you will be years ahead of someone paying a full rent bill. 

With a 3.2 a transfer to Broad or Ross at MSU or UofM is a real option and would increase your chances of landing a job with a blue chip company exponentially.

Luckily the fraud was only about $150 and I have already paid it off in full from my account -- hopefully enough to raise my credit score enough to ensure my loan.My closing deadline is this coming Friday, and I am lucky to have family willing and able to chip in so that I can close on the property in cash.
