You need to take consistent focused action every day, answer the phone when it rings and follow up and follow through.

Takes two minutes to do so and only costs might be a new wax ring.

It also rings my cell phone simultaneously and I can pickup which ever is closest. 

The value add is huge, and since we don't need the MLS, clients sell their assets privately, and a lot of people don't value agents who just put property on the MLS and sit back hoping the phone will ring (which is literally the marketing plan of 99% of agents)

Every 10 minutes a bell rings and you run to another table, throwing business cards hoping to connect with a few banks.
