I don't think we can in Oklahoma, but I did have a gun junkie renter accidentally shoot himself through his stomach and leg on Thanksgiving last year because his gut set off the trigger.

But I could buy the $45,000 house, the $21,000 house, the $23,000 house, the other $23,000 house, the $24,000 house, etc. over the course of that 3 years with help from partners and the peer-to-peer lending communities.And I realize I'm not going to see a $100,000 jump in value in one of my properties in just 3 years like you can in CA.

I see the appeal of venmo, not sure you can set it up as recurring automatic pulls from residents bank accounts like you can in Cozy though.

It just seems unreasonable that i have offered everything to them (pet deposit, increased rent, special products for the cat to have it not scratch things) and still get a big fat no in my face.

Depending on how serious you are about buying multiple rental properties and the amount you have in the 401k I take out as much of the 401k as you can in 1 loan and then get multiple properties.
