Southeast Raleigh yes, but as you go west from Garner I've noticed it gets significantly better.

Hi all...I'm looking for recommendations for a real estate agent in the greater Nashville area (preferably Franklin or South/Southeast Greater Nashville) that is also an investor his/herself. 

Our firm is located in SC and covers the Southeast and especially in this market I would recommend working with someone who can coach you on how to underwrite properties correctly and identify properties that will work for you.

In short, Southeast Austin is popular among the young professionals while those with kids head to Northwest Austin along with areas like Cedar Park/Leander.  

I forgot to tell which area.It is southeast of August, near Fort Gordon between ga-1 to ga-25, between i-520 to tobacco rd.

Carson, you can find cash flow pretty easily in the southeast depending on what you're looking for.

I would love to take these people to Southeast Asia, and show them what life is like in a junk hut!

Does anyone have any experience with Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency (OLHSA) in southeast michigan? 

My other areas of interest are TX, FL, and pockets of the Southeast.  

My wife and I have been working hard to find deals on the MLS in the Southeast Michigan area, but haven't had much success.
