Due to anti-steering laws I can not say one neighborhood is better than another.

This is a so-called "anti flipping" rule.Although if the housing agencies are trying to put speed limits on investors, it wouldn't surprise me.

This means the water is to be blown out of the pipes, the meter disconnected, the water heater drained and anti freeze poured in pipes with p-trap or toilets.

I once heard Jay call himself the "anti-guru, guru"    and I want my company to be the  "anti-turnkey, turnkey company"   LOL...I did a little research the other day and I noticed that some of the turnkey properties being sold in Indianapolis for $50k-$100k were purchased for less than $5k at auction. 

I am totally not anti real estate agent but I was wanting to make this a learning process for myself since it fell into my lap.

To put a cherry on top most recently there are people still bragging that they bought in at 10 percent mortgages…..I’m prepared to take my medicine.

With that said, for my day job I am employed as an Anti-Money Laundering professional for a financial institution.

The two designations are very similar in most cases.Attorney - licensed by his state to practice law, just like doctors are licensed to practice medicine.

During the pandemic, the county board of supervisor voted for the most extreme anti eviction moratorium in the country.
