Citrus grove as a location for a RV short term rental project ?

I was looking for some advice or property managers that could help explore setting up 1-3 RV's in place ( not to be moved ) on a 1 acre citrus grove to do a daily short term rental for people looking to travel to San Diego. Has anyone done this in the past in San Diego or other parts of Southern California? Things to look out for ? Any vendors / STR property managers that I could partner with ? Thanks everyone !
