Have been interesting in real estate for years, just now finally taking the plunge into wholesaling. 

I suppose most people ready to take the plunge into creating and investing into building a hotel are seasoned investors or contractors, however, I believe I found an excellent location and market and I have a design background so I am not concerned as far as the design of the building goes.My question: does anyone have any resources on where to begin a project as large as this?

Most of my knowledge in real estate has come from YouTube videos, podcasts and of course my partners who pulled me into taking the plunge into real estate.

Before plunging in I'd like to take the year to gather the knowledge of which real estate investment is best suited for me.

Congrats on making the plunge into investing. 

For the past several months now I figured I'd educate myself before taking the plunge so I've been reading BP posts and listening to the webinars and podcasts in the background. 

A lot of people do all the research but never take the plunge. 

After listening to hundreds of hours of BP and reading the forums I'm taking the plunge. 

As a novice investor that possible has found the property I want to take the plunge with, what are the steps  to do a thorough due diligence on a property and any good websites that might help we along this path would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance!
