Hi everyone my name is Kevin Mendoza. I have been a lurker here on BP and have found some amazing information and am now here to hopefully create relationships and make connections with others interested in REI. Most of my knowledge in real estate has come from YouTube videos, podcasts and of course my partners who pulled me into taking the plunge into real estate. Besides this I am currently a student pursuing a degree in the IT field.
