But, some county websites are outdated, record information at set periods of the year or yearly cycles, being processed, or the property owner info is prohibited by law which some 3rd party will charge you for the protected info, or chasing down the correct address of the property owner and contact info will eat into your time life.Get another agent or title company to write the contract is what I would do.

It would relieve her of the property holding costs on a property that has been hard to sell due to being outdated and foundation needing cosmetic repairs.It would help us by allowing us to secure the property, give us the use of first time buyer benefits, improve our credit without going through the hoops of a conventional lending process, and we'd be able to pay less on the mortgage than we would on rent.Any thoughts?

And hey, if the 99% vs 1% rule is anywhere near true, there will be plenty of lower class people to demand older, "out dated", and logic would follow, cheaper housing.
