I have seen it in other posts if I'm not mistaken that 10% of their rehab cost is the usual when you have a manager to help you hire the contractors and Supervise and to make sure everybody is doing their job.

Also, if I am not mistaken, an FHA loan has permanent PMI (can't be removed), whereas conventional with minimum 5% down payment the PMI will be removed at 20% equity.

I could be mistaken but I thought that SBA could not include residential premises unless they were completely excluded from the valuation process regardless of what percentage they make up...?
