Very helpful, although not inexpensive.Thomas Bros sold out to Rand McNally a few years back and seems to be out of the custom map busines but continues to offer maps for select metro areas.As Michael Seeker suggested, just find the map you need and have printed (and mounted) by local printer with banner format printer.I've also found MS Maps & Trips useful by creating community separate maps, adding radii circles and printing out 8 X 11 via color printer.

Still, it's a good place to start and will help you ask intelligent questions of the city officials you speak with.I wouldn't say it's impossible but I would make sure you can float the property for at least a year and possibly two - in other words, that you don't need to have this third unit to make your #s work and your mortgage be viable.As a general rule, it's nice to look for value-add opportunities like this but nothing is certain when dealing with government so it should be gravy/nice-to-have.

We did that, pretty easy and we didn't have to tape and float, but there was a light ceiling texture so filling the nail holes resulted in wavy lines (chatter) so we had to skim coat.
