If we are facilitating an off market deal between two parties where we do not own the property or control the contract, we will run that through the brokerage.

At some point we decided to not quit claim deed the properties to the LLC and keep the LLC as a means to facilitate all the collection of rent, and payment of bills of our rentals.

From what I know about real estate is that agents are there to facilitate the sale of of the property to the buyer so.

Without services, convenience and local branches that facilitate service activity, what good would they be?

Like any new venture, there was definitely a learning curve in making these rentals run smoothly.The cons of AirBnB are that they require a little more hands-on management; you have to respond to inquiries online, facilitate check-ins/check-outs, and take care of cleaning between renters.

I prefer tenants text me so i let them know that is how I will respond,  if i have a tenant that wants to be there for repairs i will see if I can facilitate that request.
