Divide that into how much money you made.I try to do as little as possible, except calling contractors, paying contractors and I love to do demo.

So many...so many...this was the starting point after demo of the shower I am currently working on.

I'm just trying to get a supremely Ball Park rehab figure for the City of Buffalo for a Rehabbed Duplex.It's actually in really good shape, so no real demo.

Getting into the demo they quickly realized this was a way bigger job than anticipated.

there are no doors so entering is fair game and the city agreed to remove it from their scheduled demo list with the stipulation that I pull permit and show progress of restoration within 45 days of it being inspected by the city. 

if you have existing homes make sure you get permission to replace them from the planning department and building department and health department before you do any demo..

Demo-ing everything to the studs will likely cost a lot more than leaving what you can. 

Option 1 is you get a foundation company to come in, jack the house, demo, and pour a new foundation. 

I'm impressed with their setup, demo Zoom video, schedules, and experience. 

I have a demo set up with them on Sunday so maybe I’ll change my opinion but for now, it’s not the right fit.
