I have details from Homebase.ai, but they only have traditional thermostats (I need the add-on modules like what Nest offers for larger spaces).Are there any other SaaS PM vendors with full-service I should look at besides these two? 

And as an add-on thought...why even have a policy if you're not going to stand by it?

It has been great so far in CA with that rental, however, I am looking to see if back home would be a viable option to add on to my rental portfolio as it is much more affordable than CA.

We can add one, of course, but was just curious if having a pools drastically ups the rates.

Yes, to add on to @Mitchell Jaworski the age of the home will affect the cost of insurance A LOT! 

It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

Being an active investor that is based outside of the country could add one more level of difficulty but, it is all dependent on the team you have here.

Not sure what the rental rate is but 25/day could be 650 is charged 6th through the 31st and then add on 10%.

Its' pretty good and showing value add on properties that are on the marketBiggest challenges are that zillow is terrible with their data.
