We have birding, fishing, boating, other events, and sun! 

Then I stopped by BassPro, bought some fishing gear and a new battery charger, met a couple standing in line who are moving to the area a need a house, gave him my number, well, I just happen to have.....they want to see it!

You should expect a high rate of rejections with low-ball offers, as IMO, you are fishing for a buyer that is desperate to get out of the property.

Ideally, I would prefer to own properties in places that my family and I would like to vacation, hunt, and fish, for example, Eureka California, Portland Oregon, Seattle Washington, Homer/Kenai Peninsula Alaska, and Poipu Kauai.

-Turn it into a mobile home/RV park for the local fishing around the area (Salmon River).

Some excellent lakes for fishing, great hunting (although the dear are about the size of well-fed German Shepards) and some fabulous golf.

I'm no foreigner when it comes to hiring, firing, screening and interviewing but when it comes to construction workers, handymen and laborers, i'm like a fish out of water.
