Unfortunately, I was mobilized by the Navy for 15 months shortly after that, and never had a chance to get as far as finding a good CPA in the area and getting established with them.

Employment is solid here w/ the Navy bases at Bremerton and Bangor, plus lots of healthcare jobs AND the techies and others coming from Seattle and the Eastside.

My ADU is in Hawthorne, right by the Navy Base.

Go online and look at Oak Harbor-- It's a Navy town so you have many move in and move outs but the prices on duplexes and 4 plexes will get you close to your numbers.
