I'm a little further north in Hot Springs Village.

Think of it as being in the jungle and your investment area is your village.

Fairmount / Francisville, Spring Garden, Hawthorne, Queens Village, Buena Vista are some additional sections of town that you might want to check out.      

My cousin lives at the Villages so I'm down there often - well often enough.
