Any recommendations for a trust worthy reliable property management company in the Savannah / Tybee Island Georgia (south east Georgia) area?

Just my way of seeing their character and determining if they are trustworthy or serious buyers.

I am comfortable with the person's character and background and consider them trustworthy. 

Hi folks - I have an opportunity to participate in a syndicated investment, as presented to me by a friend (trustworthy) who works in commercial lending.

Also, having about 3 good wholesalers who are trustworthy can be very important too - they can guide you neighborhood by neighborhood and keep their eyes open for good deals.  

I am not sure about your situation. if i were you, i would start with smaller scale investment and find a trust worthy partner to start.

You are simply looking at ability to pay.White collar job, high income does not translate to trustworthy only measures ability to pay.

My only advice, find yourself a reliable, trustworthy escrow company that understands the wholesale transaction and will help facilitate it for you.  

Let him know that you upheld the contract, and that without an approved change order, you're not paying him anything additional.That said, had he done a timely job, not tried to screw you by not completing work, and had been trustworthy, it would have been reasonable for you to pay at least part of the extra amount (assuming you believed he did extra work).
